The GI 360 is a modern, in-depth assessment of your gut health. It combines traditional laboratory techniques with cutting-edge DNA (PCR) analysis to measure the bacteria, yeasts and parasites that make up your microbiome — alongside key markers of inflammation, immune defence, leaky gut and digestion.

The GI 360 is a comprehensive analysis of your gut microbiome. It uses DNA (PCR) technology to identify microbes, which is far more accurate than relying on organisms growing under laboratory conditions. Importantly, it also includes markers of inflammation, leaky gut and digestive capacity — critical information that lets your practitioner tailor your protocol safely and effectively.

Standard stool tests usually focus on ruling out a small number of acute infections or obvious abnormalities. The GI 360 goes considerably deeper, using DNA analysis to measure beneficial bacteria and diversity, opportunistic and pathogenic organisms, yeasts and parasites, and markers of inflammation, immune response, leaky gut and digestion.

It’s a stool sample collected at home with a kit posted to you. The GI 360 is generally not recommended for children under 2, because the gut microbiome is still developing in early infancy and certain markers (such as calprotectin and lactoferrin) can be naturally elevated, which affects interpretation.
