What the test involves
A stool sample collected at home. This panel detects H. pylori, assesses how aggressive the infection is, and identifies which treatments it responds to.

A single stool sample is required for this test.
Stop taking probiotics, antimicrobials, and laxatives, and complete any antibiotic treatments at least four weeks before testing. Avoid aspirin for two days before sample collection. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to prescribed medications.
This test can be used for individuals of all ages, as it measures the concentration of H. pylori pathogens in the sample, making it suitable across age groups.
This test requires a single stool sample collected over one day. The sample must be shipped to the laboratory within 24 hours of collection to ensure accurate results.
A courier return label and complete shipping instructions are included in your test kit.
Ship your sample on the same day it is collected.
Only send samples on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid delays.
If same-day shipping is not possible, store the padded envelope with the orange-capped vial in the refrigerator and ship the next day. Do not store for more than 24 hours.
Failure to ship the sample within the 24-hour window may require collecting a new sample.
Your results will be available within 19 to 27 working days from the laboratory receiving your sample.
