Cancellation Policy 

We operate a strict 48-hour policy. If you fail to notify us within this time period the full fee will be charged, based on your scheduled appointment length, or the appointment will be deducted from your package you signed up for. If an appointment is not attended a 100% fee will be charged. 

Face to face appointments and video/telephone calls may be re-scheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice by contacting your practitioner directly via email or calling 07881650438. 

 

Clients under the age of 18 

All children are welcome to attend The Integrative Nutrition Clinic , they will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

 

Testing and supplements: 

Most of our supplements are recommended from Natural Dispensary or Amrita Nutrition, both of which source and sell a range of international products which are of the highest quality with few excipients. On the rare occasion, some clients have reactions to products which is out of our control. Please contact your practitioner immediately and we will be able to assist and investigate the potential issue for you, and if it’s a reaction to a supplement. 

 

The Integrative Nutrition Clinic requests that the Client notes the following – 

 

  1. Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment as we will not be able to extend it if you are late. 
  2. It is essential that intake forms are submitted 48 hours prior to your consultation and must be completed fully. 
  3. All payments for initial and follow up consultations must be made at the time of the booking.
  4. The degree of benefit obtainable from Nutritional Therapy/Cinical Nutrition may vary between clients withllowing a similar programme.
  5. Results may vary on your personal circumstances and programme adhernece.
  6. Protocols and advice will be tailored to support health conditions and/or health concerns identified and agreed between both parties. 
  7. Nutritonal Therapists/Clinical Nutrition practitioners are not permitted to diagnose, or claim to treat, medical conditions. 
  8. Nutritonal Therapists/Clinical Nutrition practitoners looks to find the root cause of disease or your symptoms. This can take a number of sessions before the client gets results, especially if the conditon is chronic. We expect sessions to happen between the client and the practitioner every 4 to 6 weeks.
